SMARTWAY2 DESK BOOKING SYSTEM

In order to visit the Innovation Centre, you will be required to book a desk at csacatapult.smartway2book.com or to access via the mobile, you can download the Smartway2 app on either Google Play or Apple Store.

The system is quite straight forward, so have a go at it and then let Facilities know if you come across any problems. The most important bit is remembering to check in when you get to site, so that we know you’re here during an emergency!

If you do not require a desk but lab space only, please feel free to book a space in the lab area.
If you've never been to the IC before, you will not have access to book via Smartway2, please contact Facilities in the first instance so they can grant you access to the system.
If you require to book more than one day, please ensure to use the 'repeat' feature rather than selecting different dates. Please contact Facilities in unsure.
